SGS and Auren organise the 1st edition of European Excellence Seal EFQM on October 24th in Madrid. This seminar will try to answer questions like:

• Which advantages and implications provide the observance of such Model?
• Which are other companies’ experiences with this Model?
• Which are the Administration’s demands related to the implementation of EFQM?
