Carlos Boiseaux
SGS Oil, Gas & Chemicals Services Manager

Industrial Chemist by the Chemistry National College of Rio de Janeiro. Has 30 years of experience in the oil , petrochemicals, chemicals, gases and alcohol area. Has attended to several courses of specialization abroad. Is also Lead Assessor by IQC, New Zealand and has attended to IMD Management Development Course in Lausanne, Switzerland.
His team is composed of more than 160 collaborators, among chemists, engineers, auditors and technicians capable to render services of quantity and quality control and techinical consultancy at the custody transfer of products.

Graduated in Business Management with specialization in International Business, more than 10 years of professional experience in different fields such as Exportation, Importation, Valuation using ACV and BDV methodologies, Customs Classification of goods and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).

Guilherme Aguinaga
Finance Manager

Graduated in Economy with courses on Managerial Finance (University of California - Los Angeles - UCLA), Cost Accounting (UCLA) and Post-graduated in Financial Administration (Fundação Getúlio Vargas of Rio de Janeiro). 12 years experience in SGS Group, basically working 4 years as finance assistant at SGS Latin America Area Controller in Rio de Janeiro, 3 years as Finance assistant in SGS do Brasil, 2 years as Regional branch manager (Rio de Janeiro, Vitória and Betim). The last 3 years as Finance Manager of SGS do Brasil and SGS ICS Certificadora.

Marc-Anthony Brandt

After 5 years experience in banking (Banque Paribas (Suisse) S.A. and 7 years experience in commodity trade with Andre & Cie S.A in Switzerland, Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil, Marc joined SGS in 1995 where after being responsible of soft commodities and Santos Branch employing over 150 staff, he is know head of the Collateral Management Services providing services to commodity structured trade finance operations.  With a law background – University of Geneva - and holder of an MBA from the University of Toronto, Marc is a Swiss national with over 10 years experience in the Brazilian commodity market.

Marcelo G. Stenzel
SGS Industrial Services Manager

Civil engineer graduated from UFRJ – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1988, Master in business from COPPEAD/UFRJ in 1992, with thesis in the strategic use of information. His career history started in engineering and construction, as commercial manager, selling services to public and private clients. After 5 years in the business, started at the import and export field as sales and operations manager, representing factories from US and Europe. Started in the SGS group in 1997, as manager for the vehicle inspection business, where stayed for the first 2 years, and after, as National Marketing manager. Currently as Industrial Services manager, position occupied since April, 2002.

Mario Marcio S. Cordeiro
IT Manager

Graduated in Computer Technologies with specialization in Systems Analysis (Veiga de Almeida University/RJ). 13 years experience in SGS Group, started as programmer trainee at SGS Rio de Janeiro in 1991, 4 years as support specialist, 5 years as system developer, 2 years as supervisor and project lider and 1 year as IT Manager of SGS do Brasil and SGS ICS Certificadora.

Rosemary França Vianna
SGS Systems & Services Certification and SGS Consumer Testing Services Manager

Rosemary Vianna is graduated in General Administration with specialization in International Trade, Sustainability Management by Fundação Dom Cabral, besides MBA Course in Trade Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Mrs. Vianna relies upon 29 years of professional experience in several business segments, such as consumer goods and automotives’ importing and distribution, special vehicles assembly, pieces and components’ manufacturing for Train (Railroad) and Subway Industry and Services Sector. She’s been working for SGS Brazil Systems and Services Certification for 12 years, the professional is recently gathering Consumer Testing Services. International experiences on congresses and several trainings led by the Group in a great many places all over the world, such as Xangai, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Geneva, Germany, Prague, United States, Canada and other countries in South America. Converser and contester in several portfolios including social and environmental certification and International Trade free customs barriers.

Cleverson Figueiredo has been working at SGS group for 24 years and more than 20 years as executive responsible for management of Businesses Unities in North, Northeast and Southeast regions in Brazil.He has technical formation in Industrial Chemistry, graduated in Public Relations at Public Relations Superior School of Pernambuco and post graduated in Administration at Pernambuco Federal University. MBA in Marketing at the Marketing Administration Portuguese Institute and MBA in Business Management at IBMEC Business School – Rio de Janeiro. Cleverson has been on a solid and ascending professional carrier, being specialist in several businesses segments and working for a great many sectors in the regional and national economy caracterized as an important relation chain with national and international partners. At SGS he is a Facilitator besides being an Intern Auditor with international experience and courses at Austin University and USP. He has taken part of several events abroad.

Karina Tagata
Corporative Communication Manager

Karina Tagata is jornalist, graduated at USP Communication and Art School and specialized in Strategic Management Communication at the same university.It’s been more than 20 years that she’s working in the area and has been at Cultura e Bandeirantes TV, besides working for Abril publishing house biggest magazines. Karina has also been at a publicity agency as director of communication and client services. At SGS since 2003, she started in SSC on business development and is now on command of the Brazil Corporative Communications department.
